Well, to my surprise, things are moving along very quickly. The contractor glued all of the tile down last night and then came and grouted this morning, as well as finished all the drywall work. While he went to lunch, I then primed and painted the lower half of the back wall...just enough to where he could put the toilet, sink, and cabinet back in. I'll finish all of the painting and trim details later. It doesn't even look like the same bathroom....I'm so excited!!

Oh yes, home remodeling is a lot of fun...NOT! But the finished product is nice. We totally remodeled pretty much our whole house. I'm convinced that these projects will always cost twice as much and take twice as much time as originally planned. And it's a domino effect b/c once you start to fix one thing you want to go ahead and fix a hundred others.
